Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account and use SermonLoom — such as your name, email address, and the content you create, including series, messages, blocks, and any sermons you upload to train your writing style.

We also collect basic usage and device information to keep the service secure and to improve it over time.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, to power the features you choose to use, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the platform safe.

Your sermon content is used to deliver the features you request — for example, to generate research, suggestions, or audio at your direction. You approve what gets saved.

Your content and your control

Content you create is private to your account by default. It is shared or published only when you choose to do so. You can export or delete your content at any time.

AI processing

Some features send your content to AI providers to generate results you request. We work to limit what is shared to what is necessary for the feature, and we do not sell your content.

Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
